Rebate:
Toccoa Natural Gas will pay $250 to the energy decision maker of a newly constructed home or apartment if a natural gas furnace, water heater and a third natural gas appliance are installed.
Third appliance options include:
• natural gas range
* natural gas clothes dryer
* natural gas logs
* natural gas grill
* natural gas light(s)
Special Notes for above Residential and Commercial Incentives:
• There is a maximum of $1,000 in incentives to any one customer
• The $300 incentive applies if a furnace and water heater are installed- not boilers. Also, this is available up to 1,000,000 btu’s of connected heating load, only.
• The Gas Director, Alan Yearwood, has final approval for any exceptions.
• Certain conditions apply for all incentives.
Industrial Conversions
• Large boilers do not qualify for incentive – with the exception of $1 for 1,000 on heat, furnaces, heaters, small boilers – maximum $1,000.
• There are no new construction incentives for commercial and industrial customers.
We will pay:
• $200 on the purchase and installation of a water heater
• $300 on the purchase and installation of a water heater AND furnace (installed at same time)
• $50 on the purchase of a clothes dryer and/or kitchen range
• $1 per 1,000 btu’s of connected capacity on natural gas heating equipment (additional or new to existing gas customer-
examples: space heaters, gas logs, small boilers, etc.)

Express Financing Program
Customers converting to natural gas can apply fo a loan from Toccoa Natural Gas. Loans may be approved for up to $1,500 at a 9% APR.
*Certain conditions apply.
Water Heater Warranty Program:
• For just $1.99 per month (40 gallon tank) or $2.29 per month (50 gallon tank) customers may be assured of staying in hot water.
Procedures and Final Notes:
• A TNG representative will verify the installation of appliances.
• Checks will be mailed after the appliances are installed and verification is completed.
• This program applies to newly constructed apartments and single-family residences.
• Homeowners or builders are eligible for the incentive if they are building many homes or a single home.
• Hydro-Heat (using a natural gas water heater for space heating) is considered the equivalent of a furnace and a water heater for incentive purposes.
